Getting help should be easy. That’s why we’ve created this overview. We’ve divided help into seven sections: FAQs, Template Guides, Forums, Installation, Customization, Bug Reporting / Fixes and Paid Support options. Frequently Asked QuestionsSome issues are timeless and some questions are asked by just about everyone. That’s what the FAQ section of the JoomlaJunkie site covers. To make things easier we’ve sorted the questions into various different categories. Please check the FAQs to see if we’ve already answered your question BEFORE contacting us. Template GuidesThis section lists all of our templates and provides a link to the relevant installation/customization guide for each one To make sure your template is setup correctly, please make sure you read through the template guide thoroughly. We have made the template as customizable as possible and all our css are fully commented. Member ForumsJoomlaJunkie hosts an online Member's Forum which runs threads for all its templates – commercial and free – as well other Joomla! topics. Please register and login to access the forum. It contains a wealth of useful information. Bug reporting/fixesIf you have a bug report then please check our new bug / issue tracking sub site to make sure that it hasn’t been reported and fixed before. If this is a new bug then please fill out a new bug report explaining in as much detail as possible what actions you performed and what the “buggy behaviour” occurred. |
