Getting help should be easy. That’s why we’ve created this overview. We’ve divided help into 3 sections: FAQs, Template Guides, Forum / Bug Reporting / Fixes options. Frequently Answered QuestionsSome issues are timeless and some questions are asked by just about everyone. That’s what our FAQ section covers. To make things easier we’ve sorted the questions into various different categories. Please check the FAQs to see if we’ve already answered your question BEFORE contacting us. Template GuidesThis section lists all installation/customization guides for all of our templates. To make sure your template is setup correctly, please make sure you read through the template guide thoroughly. We have made the template as customizable as possible and all our css are fully commented. Member Forums - Bug reporting/fixesOur Member's Forum runs threads for all our products as well as other Joomla! topics. Please register and login to access the forum - it contains a wealth of useful information. If you have a bug report please check our members forum to make sure that it hasn’t been reported and fixed before. If this is a new bug then please create a post explaining, in as much detail as possible, what actions you performed and what the “buggy behavior” occurred. ContactIf you need to contact us personally about general questions, advertising suggestions or anything else, feel free to contact us via this form.
