By purchasing a template on JoomlaJunkie, you are automatically bound by these terms. JoomlaJunkie also reserves the right to change or modify these terms without prior notice.

Such information is not used in any way that would reveal personally identifying information to outside parties unless System administration is legally required to do so in connection with law enforcement investigations or other legal proceedings. All the information contained on this website is copyright of JoomlaJunkie and may not be copied, either in part or in whole. As we respect your privacy, we ask in return that you respect ours.

This includes all text, photographs and design. No information may be used without prior consent and is protected under local law. This is applicable to all situations where the content is not used solely for personal use.

Service Acceptance

As part of these terms, you accept the service offered as is and agree that it is in our discretion to modify, edit or delete and discontinue any elements of the website as we see fit. We are not bound by any up time guarantees or site performance whatsoever. Having paid for a template, you are authorized to make any necessary changes or modifications required to achieve your desired intention. All copyright notices in the footer or other modules may be removed or edited as required by yourself.

Unauthorized use

You may not, duplicate, modify or edit our products in any way, this includes the reproduction on CD or diskette or website as a method of reproduction or resale of any kind. If you are interested in reproducing or modifying our templates, please contact us for written consent. You may not redistribute or release any of our products under a General Public License (GPL). All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way.

All of our templates are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Refund Policy

All our products are digital goods, that is to say they are non-tangible goods, once they have been received, we have no control of duplications being made of the product. It is for this reason, we do not issue refunds on any of our products.

Your responsibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older to register and use JoomlaJunkie, all information provided must be truthful and honest. Upon registration you expressly agree to these terms and conditions and are bound by them during any purchase from our store. You are to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and shall be held directly responsible for ALL activity on your registered account, whether in your control or not. If your login details are compromised, you are required to contact us immediately.

License Liability

You may not transfer or sub-license, any of our templates to anyone else without prior written consent from JoomlaJunkie.

Versions

During the development and design of our templates, they are done so in accordance with the latest version available from Joomla. This means that they work on the latest stable release at the time of publication, we are unable to guarantee all templates will work on future versions of Joomla.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JoomlaJunkie, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners, from and against any third-party claims, actions, demands, liabilities, expenses, and costs, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or related to your use of the JoomlaJunkie.com Web site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Warranty

Please note that JoomlaJunkie does not warrant, nor do we guarantee, these templates to be compatible with 3rd party modules and components. As there is a huge range of 3rd party components available for Joomla! and as there is no certification or standardization process for these components we are unable to guarantee that our templates will function properly when these are installed.

JoomlaJunkie provides demonstration templates to allow you to test each template’s browser compatibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that the particular browsers you use work with the templates you have selected. Please note that JoomlaJunkie.com does not, and cannot, warrant that all templates will work in all browser and system configurations, although we develop all templates to be fully compatible IE6, IE7, Safari 2, Firefox 1.5+, Firefox 2.0+, Opera 9

Delivery

At this stage all templates are available for immediate download after payment has been completed and confirmed. We do however hold the right to extend the time frame if required as a method to prevent fraud. Delays can be as long as 1 hr up to 24hrs depending on the situation and amount of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

JoomlaJunkie, reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as and when required to do so.

Members of this service must agree to the above general terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions governing the specific tools or products utilized by the member, in order to use our service.
