I didn't receive details for a template I just ordered. My name is Scott Lucas and I ordered Rasper. The payment is showing on 2co as having been processed.

There have been many a days I have sat up all night waiting for a template site to send me a purchase so I feel your pain.

This happens sometimes when the final page of the checkout is not allowed to load completely, as this is where our delivery software picks up the valid transaction and sends the template. Glad you are all sorted now
