I get this error when trying to upload a photo as my avatar.

I mentioned it to Andrew on the bugtracker at some point. We have been swamped so I am sure it might have slipped off his plate so to speak.

I too would love putting my own "face" on posts.

I'm getting a bit dizzy riding around and around in that jet.

I too received the same error msgs.

I found this post and decided to ava-chime in.

i just did a quick read of a number of instances where this has happened with(in) fireBoard install. Apparently it has issue with the way a couple of directories or chmod'd.
