Is there anyway to adjust the content area so that text doesn't go beyond the boundary?
I have Pony Gallery installed and on on of my pages, some of the text and tables extend over
the boundary of the template.

It sounds like some of the css from Pony is overwriting the css for the template. You can download the developer toolbar for firefox and debug it yourself, or post a link here for us to look it over.

you can use test/testing as user id and password. This is in the Add a Stateroom photo tab.
(I am still working on the site, so please excuse the mess.)

Could I have a more specific link to a page were you are having issues? I looked over your entire gallery and did not see any issues.
