I need to swicth the site www.reignieresery.com with a correct display. I don't know if you have can see it with the ie7 problem ? How many times did youd need more ?

Try the following:

layout.css (line 63) - update with the below css:
#top_nav{
clear:both;
margin:0pt;
padding:0pt;
width:780px;
}

layout.css (line 70):
#top_shelf {
display: none;
}
