I am unable to get my suckfish menu to work in the above mentioned browsers.

  2. Have you tested another template to see if the issue is related to your website or the template.
  3. Have you tried installing a fresh copy of the template to see if the problem exists in the original packaged version?

Hi Melba,
The permissions issue is something that everyone experiences from time to time. The problem is that when you ftp files to your site, then the ownership is automatically set to the FTP user. We usually work around this by installing the awesome JoomlaXplorer component (not called Extplorer) and upload the images from there. This should set the ownership to Joomla. Also try some googling on the joomla.org forums, as there are loads of posts (with different fixes) on how to get around this..
