Every time I tried to make changes to the template, I get the following error in the joomla admin:

Operation Failed!: failed to open file public_html/armenchikforum/templates/rationalmagic/params.ini for writing.

Anyone else with this problem?

I see that a lot in Joomla 1.5 templates. Make sure the changes you are making are sticking. If they are, don't sweat it. If they are not, try changing the permissions on that file to 777. (make sure you change it back when you are done editing.)
