I am unable to get my suckfish menu to work in the above mentioned browsers.

not sure what your are talking about, if it's "Rational Magic" with the logo it's a picture in the template's image directory.
if not, tell me more please...

ok sorry,

It is the component heading, its the name that i used when i installed joomla.
It only shows on the front page

I'm not sure what version of Joomla you are on, but its 1.5 I think this is what you need.

menu-> main menu->home->paramters and change Page Title

hello,
yes matt you can also chose not to display it here, but to definitely change it for the site even if you change your default menu change it in
Site -> Global configuration then in site parameter it's "site name"
