I am unable to get my suckfish menu to work in the above mentioned browsers.

This question is being asked a awful lot and is relatively simple to resolve.

There are a variety of different things that can cause this. Here are some things that you can try in the mean time that users have had success with.

!) Sample data. - This is usually the one that people do not do or forget. Install the sample data. It will make your setup easier, not harder.

2) The menu in RM is preset to use topmenu, for the top menu position. IF you do not have this due to not installing sample data, then you will get the error. workaround is to change the top menu to mainmenu.

3) PHP4 and Rational Magic and Joomla 1.5- This combination currently does not work. You must be on PHP5 if you are using Rational Magic and J1.5. (we are in the process of fixing this issue.)
Normally enabling PHP5 on your host is very very simple and is a matter of enabling it via a .htaccess file. Check with your host about more details.

4) If all else fails then in the template configuration use "module" instead of Suckerfish for your menu system. You will not have the fancy menu effects but you can continue with creation of your site until we fire off a update.
(This option is a last resort as the first three options will always resolve your issue.)

These problems area all resolved in the new version.

Rational Magic 1.5 has been updated.

- Menu fix
- Turn off gzip option
- Span bug in menu
- Top shelf shift bug
- Site Name extra >
- green-color</a>
- Scheme1 needs width set (960px) for FF3.
- td.buttonheading - remove align center
- RM sidebar clearing when scheme2

Please grab the new version from the club and uninstall the old version.
