JoomlaJunkie - Joomla Template Provider Bringing color to the Joomla community

Hi there,

I've just installed Rasper running Joomla 1.15. I have a few questions/problems.

1 - What position on the template is the area next to the random images where it says Site Showcase on the demo? I want to put a module there, but I can't figure out the position.

2 - On the main menu (left sidebar), the hover over extends beyond the left sidebar. You can see the issue here

one more thing - I would like to lighten the area where the main content is to a lighter cream. CSS style that I need to edit would be appreciates

I've figured out the main menu problem. I'm just still looking for the how to place a module to the left of the random banners, where demo has Site Showcase. If someone could help me with that, and also how to change the color of the main content, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'll keep trying to figure it out.. but would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.

well, looks like I'm figuring it out all my my self helps to know there are others who can help, though, just in case I get stuck. Anyway, thanks.

I am not sure where you are and what you still need help with.

As a tip in the mean time I suggest you install Firefox and the developertoolbar plugin and the firebug plugin. These tools will allow you to edit css on your joomla site in real time, as well as figure out what color is what and were it is. This is basically all we do when people ask us, open up their site, use Firebug and post back results.

Sorry for all the posts. I have the Firefox developer tool and figured out the content background come from image. Thanks for posting back.
