with three modules loaded in advert1, advert2, and advert3 only advert1 and 2 show up?

I got it to show up i think -- but is there a way to make it three separate 'boxes' around each box so it looks cleaner? kind of like how the block above the main content area? or like the boxes at the side on this template:

maybe just for that bottom content area?
