Hi Chris,
I can't change the template because I can't access the administrator. When I login and click enter the login page simply refreshes.

I still don't know what to do.
FTP? Change a file?
The problem seems very technical and beyond my means.

Think back to before you had this message. Did you install anything new, change anything? Obviously something is now different and you need to figure out when and how it happened.

Worst case scenario restore a backup from when this was not a problem.
