We are looking for a talented dude (or dudette) to join our team as a full time support consultant. Most of our support is handled through our forums, so experience moderating a forum would be highly beneficial.

The skills we are looking for are:

* passionate about the web and emerging technologies
* excellent customer service and support experience
* together with:
- a solid understanding of Joomla! and Joomla! Templates
- solid XHTML / CSS skills
- forum moderation skills
