JoomlaJunkie - Joomla Template Provider Bringing color to the Joomla community

Hi,

I just joined JJ and downloaded this one template. Trying to customize it but facing issues. What I would like to do is:

1. Set the blue color scheme as default
Tried to achieve this using index.php editing however not working
2. Instead of newsflash I like banner to be displayed on top
Not sure how to do this
3. Instead of showing Latest & Popular Articles on top, I like to have it on bottom and on all pages.

Please instruct how can I do this?

I have updated your site and some notes below:

1. Set the blue color scheme as default
Tried to achieve this using index.php editing however not working

I removed the 2 alternate color css references, as well as the cookie set on the body and its now set to blue.

2. Instead of newsflash I like banner to be displayed on top
Not sure how to do this

I unpublished the newsletter module and then published the banner module to the "top" module position. The spacing wasn't quite right, so i added a module suffix to the banner module (-banner) and then added some css to the customize.css to adjust the spacing.

3. Instead of showing Latest & Popular Articles on top, I like to have it on bottom and on all pages.

I copied the top shelf code and just moved it below the content clear.
