what is happening with getting my template fixed? 10 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I hear nothing, I know this is new year time but, still it was 2 weeks since last time I hear from you guys (I was told last week that developer woudl apply the changes but no workd or changes have been applied ).

suckerfish menu is still broken no drop downs plus error in IE6 (I am not sure if it was working before since I did not have ie6 then) .
and also would be nice to have font switcher back.

please let me know where I can send FTP details.

Hi Levan,
I understand you are frustrated, but may i remind you that the problems were not caused by the template in the first place, but rather from 3rd party components.

Regarding the error you mentioned, i dont see how this is due to the template, as we have taken all the templates javascript out, specifically to test whether your issues were still there.

As for the suckerfish menu not working in IE6, i personally tested this and it was working fine in IE6, so i'm not sure why its not working anymore. I'll have a look in IE6 and double check that the suckerfish menu's js is still being called in properly.

Any who, I mailed you last week about this, but have not had any reply. I've just sent you a personal message on the forum with my email address again, so we can follow up via email..

Cheers,
Chris

suckerfish menu was a template related completely,
I am looking at it with IE6 and drop down menus do not show up at all.

regarding jom comment its still not confirmed it was template plus clexus PM conflict or just clexus PM I know it was not just template,
most likely its not template especially if its jquery version. anyways thats not the most important part most important is a font switcher, and second is a shelf module.

Hi Levan,

I spoke to Chris earlier, its his birthday today and his on holiday with his family.

He said he meant to say he sent an email not a pm. I was copied on the email which came through yesturday afternoon so you should have it, please can you check and if not let me know and I will forward it to you.

I know Chris has spent allot of time working on the fixes but its time consuming as allot of the problems are being caused by the 3rd party components and modules that you are using.

A combination of jquery and mootools being loaded as many times along with 7 other scripts and 13 inline scripts is bound to cause problems.

On another topic, the suckerfish menu was working in ie with no errors as this is something Chris and I fixed together (about 4 weeks ago), have you added or changed anything since then?

Thank you for understanding the situation and I wish you a Happy New Year.

nope no changes I didi 0 modifications , specifically due to the reason that you guys were still wroking on the issue,
the main issue is that you never did apply jquery version I know that I was trying to be patient anough so I did not say anything for almost 2 weeks, then I wrote about the status and was told that it will get updated monday which never happened

b) never put font switcher back.
2) I dont think anyone tested suckerfish menu with IE6 because I am sure it works with IE7 as it was working before, but maybe it never worked with IE6 I am 100% I have not made any modifications to template besides switching servers . (I moved site from one dedicated server to another )/
