If you are on Joomla 1.5 instead of scrolling between the module positions already available, simply type in the drop-down field, "toolbar".

o.k. add in the toobar. But without Registration button.

Your site does not appear to be loading at all.

There are a lot of good tutorials for learning the ins and outs of Joomla. I would highly suggest you look over some of their new video tutorials as well.
