Since Flex Photos is a "fluid" width template, where can i edit the css file so i can make it to 80% instead of 100%?

Hi Sammy,
Try adding the following to your template_css.css:

#container{
width: 80%;
margin: 0 auto;
}

Yes adding it to the structural part of the css would do it
