The theme buy flex-photos-lite and does not work well.
is not visible button open / close top and bottom area.
How can I fix it?

What version of Joomla are you using?
What is your URL?
What browser are you testing on?

joomla 1.5 www.tornquist.gov.ar ahora esta desavilitado el theme porque no funciona bien.

I am not sure what you are asking tournquist.

I did notice the setup guide for this template was disabled so I re-enabled it. I hope that helps you.
