I have had an unresolved issue now for more than a month, which now has past the 30 day money back guarantee from Azrul so even if I wanted to get half of my money back I can't even do that now.

I went over to Azrul to see if there was an update (as hinted to in a previous thread) and can't login to their system. I checked my receipt of the ExtremeBlogger template with MyBlog and JomComment, and the reciept stated that my information would be sent over to Azrul and I would be inputted into their system.

I tried to retrieve my password by using the email I used when I made the purchase and my email address does not show up in their system. Either my information did not pass over to Azrul as stated or Azrul hasn't added me ... either way this is not what I paid for. When I make a purchase I expect things to work, and if they don't, support to help with issues that prevent it from working.

It's obvious something somewhere has went wrong, and I don't appreciate having a template that still is not working the way it should.

Please advise ... Scott

Hello again Scott.

Me and Chris traded a few emails back and forth over this issue a few weeks back. Unfortunately somewhere in there I dropped the ball and lost you in the shuffle. There is no excuse for this and I know my apology only goes so far. I take full responsibility for this, it was my fault.

To address this post, me and Chris are working though it again, and involving Azrul on how this can be fixed. As for your credentials not working on Azruls site I will need Chris to clarify how this handshake occurs. I would rather not speculate anything at this point.

While I still do not have any answers for you today, you have been moved up to the top of my queue and I wanted to at least drop a line to let you know we are back on the case.

Again, I apologize, and I understand that only goes so far. You just want a solution.

For the record Chris has contacted Azrul personally. It seems as if the theme hooks have changed from 1.0 to 1.5. We are still awaiting a response from Azrul.

I have received a new build of Blogger that resolves these issues and uploaded it to the club. I emailed Sprokit directly to notify him of the new files.
