I purchased your Extreme Blogger Lite template yesterday (24 hours ago!) and I still have no download. I did not subscribe to your service; just purchased a single template with rights removal ($40 US Dollars)

I can forward all purchase receipts if you wish.

I want what I purchased immediately or I will initiate a chargeback request with PayPal and your merchant services provider.

As a business owner myself, and one who sells digital products, I understand your efforts against fraud. However, if you took just 5 minutes to review my details on PayPal you will see that I have over 1500 confirmed/verified transactions through PayPal; have lived at the same confirmed address for over 8 years; and my email address is verified as legitimate.

Please send my purchase to me immediately.

Hi Damon.

I apologize about the wait time for you. While I do not know precisely the flags that it takes for our payment processor to hold a transaction I can tell you that I just received the authorization from them less then a hour ago and was in the middle to taking care of it. Upon checkout we do attempt to make it very clear that it could potentially take up to 24 hours for a transaction to process. Sorry for the delay.

As a business owner who sells digital product as well, I am sure you have various processes automated. This is one process that is automated by our credit card processor so we do not hear of it until the transaction requires manual intervention.

I have sent you your link to the download transaction via your email address.

In the future if you need any more assistance I would be more then happy to help, and generally respond to everything in the forum quite quickly depending upon what time of the day it is.

I was anxious about the download because this site is run by a firm in South Africa. I'm in the States and I was scared I would have to wait an additional 3 days to receive my download since SA is ahead of us by 8-9 hours (which would make it close to Saturday there)

I didn't realize you were actually in my neck of the woods, which is a relief.
