I just bought Dark Business and there are several points I would like to make:

It seems to me that a lot of people in business, which this template is aimed at, would like to remove the credits and other self-referencing items about the template itself. I paid extra for being able to "remove the credits," and it would be very beneficial if there was a simple explanation of how to cut all that out of the template and get the corporate logo in place.

Second, the guide page for this template (http://www.joomlajunkie.com/help/guides/dark-business.html) promises that "Below is an image showing all the module positions." Yet there is no image like that.

It seems to me a very conventional idea that the header image (header.jpg) ought to be clickable and bring the user back to the home page. I think this ought to be built into the template.

Hi Sailmariner,
Thanks for the feedback. Please see my notes below:

The credits can be removed by opening up the templates index.php and removing the contents of the credits div (at the bottom around line 100 to 105).

Code:

<div id="credits"> <a href="http://www.joomlajunkie.com" class="joomla-junkie" title="Design by JoomlaJunkie.com"> Design by JoomlaJunkie.com</a> <a href="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=<?php echo $mosConfig_live_site;?>" class="validator" title="XHTML and CSS Valid" target="_blank">XHTML and CSS Valid</a> </div>

Thanks for the headsup. This is from when we moved the site over and the image path has changed. An easy way to see a visual representation of the module positions can be seen by pointing your browser to http://yoursite.com/index.php?tp=1

The convention is that the logo / branding area be clickable - not the header Hope this helps Cheers, Chris
