Hi guys. There is a Version 2 that is coming out very soon. I hear whispers of late this week.

Your issues are all being heard and we appreciate your input. As Andrew said we are looking into it and when the new version comes out everybody will automatically get update emails with new DL links.

Thanks for everybody's patience.

Can I just check - do you think it's fine for me to continue to develop my site and then apply the update when it comes? Or do you forsee any problems with that. I'm currently trying to run Aurora in legacy mode. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Worst case scenario aurora will need to be removed and reinstalled. Tatami has a new version as well with more features so that will absolutely need reinstalled.
If it was me I would focus on content and not color or finite details in Tatatmi config for fear that you might need to redo them all over.

Of course all the configs are stored in the database so in theory everything should get saved

Thats my personal opinion.

Hi Artificia,

I agree that 20 seconds to load is way tooo long, so something is not working as it should. A few questions:

Are you running on Joomla 1.5 with legacy mode turned on?
Are you running any 3rd party components or modules?
Do you have a link to the site?

On our demo, using the same tool, I get 14 seconds for first load and 2 - 4 seconds after first load, because many elements are cached.

I would like to get to the bottom of this and will look further into this, however more input that anyone can provide about the environment that is causing the problems, then we will have a better chance at sorting this out.

One of the main benefits to aurora is its simplicity and load speeds, we will certainly work to ensure this is optimized.

Hi Andy,

I am on Joomla version 1.0.15
The only other add-on module I have installed is sh404SEF Custom tags module
My site is at: http://newforestweb.com - I can send you the admin log in privately if that's helpful

Many thanks for looking in to this
