JoomlaJunkie - Joomla Template Provider Bringing color to the Joomla community

Hello,
I am trying to create my first Joomla website (after a brief experience as an administrator on another) and downloaded the Absolute Template. I tried to follow both the links from the Readme file to the guides and support, but noticed on this forum that the support link is no longer, and this forum is taking its place. I was hoping for a more comprehensive guide than the basic installation, since you allude to customizing via the configuration.php, but there doesn't seem to be any info on how to do this. At the very least, I need to be able to replace or remove the logo and be able to change the photos in the slideshow. Attempting to edit the html or css through the joomla template manager does not seem to give me access to the config., so I don't know where else to look. I have minimal experience with code, which is why I am trying to use these programs. Any suggestions welcome.

Can you please confirm that you have read the templates guide on our site?

It covers installing the template, installing and setting up the modules, and changing the templates configuration.

Also, to modify the headers, simply create your own (with your logo) and then name them the same as the current and replace them.

The templates Fireworks source file is also included, so if you need to make any graphical changes, you can do that too.
