Hi Hman,
The reason why you have the gap at the bottom is that the sidebar is still being loaded, even though there is not any content. If you send a super admin login to chris [at] webmonkeys.co.za i will get that sorted for you..

I have updated your template. All i did was wrapped the sidebar with a moscountmodules tag, which essentially says: if something is published to the "left" module position, then load the sidebar..
