Ok Phillippe. All fixed.

The search issue had to do with mod_shep not working well in 1.5 and it was removed a while ago, we have added a standard user3 position and search works fine now.

The line aorund the login box was a mystery, but was resolved by adding some css to your customize.css file.

fieldset.input{ border: 0; margin: 0; padding: 0; }
The module headers was leftover module suffixes form a previous template install. Hope that all gets you were you want to be. -matt
