Hi

Am working on a website for a friend and when I view the screen in ie7 on my vista pc all looks good. But when you view on an xp machine with ie7 the text goes over the edge of the screen and looks quite messy.

Any ideas on how to fix?

have attached image file to show you. website is www.jdpt.co.uk and if you click on 'my profile' you should eb able to recreate.

Hi Sarah,
I've checked the site in IE7 and can see the issue in IE7 on WinXP. When did you purchase the template? We had taken out the SIFR option quite some time ago, as it was causing various issues. Its the only thing that i can think of that might be causing the problem.

I have just sent you the updated version. Can you please try that and let me know if that helps..

Deleted the original template, loaded the new one you sent and I'm now having the same problems on my PC in vista on ie7 as I did on my xp PC. The only page affected is the profile page it seems. Shall I recreate the page and button and see if that cures it?

Also btw - there is no send button on the contact page, is this related or seperate?

Hiya

Recreated the page and button and it all seems ok -will test again later. Is there a post you can point me towards for the send button?

Also one more question, I have switched off the colour and display option acorss the top and I have a blank bar there. Can I write txt in there or put a long logo in to fill it up?
