I have one more question and then I think I will be smooth sailing for a bit.

In the template demo, there's a great example of a page with no sidebar. How do I set certain menu items to display in this way?

Hi MG,
Take a look at the "How to "Collapse" either the Left or Right Sidebar.." content in the useful tips section of the site.. That will explain on how to collapse the sidebar
