Hi Matt, I have to setup a thumnail folder? I thought it is gererated by the script. You are right there is no "topslideshowfolder" folder, there is just a "topslideshow" folder. I have no idea why the script looks for thumbs in the "topslideshowfolder". Should I try to reinstall it? thx for your patience |

np stone, thats what we are here for. You have manually selected a specific directory. You selected topslideshowfolder. This is configurable in the Slider configuration. If you did not make this, the component will not. While the thumbnail folder will get automatically generated, it can only be done if Joomla has proper permissions to make it. It's possible you might have to create it yourself. so, make sure you actually have a folder that exists when you enter it into the sliders configuration, and then you most liely wont have to make a thumbs folders, unless of course your permissions are set wrong. |

Well the strange thing is that I have configured images/stories/topslideshow but it looks for a folder named "topslideshowfolder" Could not create thumbnails directory in the images/stories/topslideshowfolder. When I setup images/stories/fruit it looks for a folder named "fruitsfolder" Could not create thumbnails directory in the images/stories/fruitfolder. When I configure images/stories/test without to have a test folder the script generates that test folder. If it is an permission problem I guess it would not generate that folder. |

Something is definitely wrong somehow. I can't decide how that could happen though. Go ahead and send me a user pass to your admin area via the contact center and make sure to include the link to this thread. Maybe I can see something amiss. |

I get there but I get "Your form token could not be verified. Please go back and try again. If the problem persists, please contact an administrator." when I submit the ticket. Maybe because I´m not platinium member? |

Everybody is allowed to submit tickets. We just do not do support via tickets unless you are Platinum. As a last ditch effort you can always log out and send the ticket as a guest. Sorry for all the hassle.
