| Unanswered: Template CSS Overriding SuperSlider? What is your live site URL? (localhost if none):
http://zpryme.com
What browser does this happen in:
Firefox 3.x, IE 6
What version of Joomla:
Joomla 1.5
What OS? (your computer, not your server):
Window
Joomla experience level:
5
The slider should appear and function as follows: NewsSlider This is how it currently appears on my site with the template in question: Zpryme Research & Consulting The module is published in the fs_header section of the template's frontpage. I have contacted the template team, and they have been unable (or possibly unwilling to aid). Any help would really be appreciated! Please let me know if there is any info I can provide to better reveal the issue. Regards |

I received the following response from the template devs: "The template has been tested with many modules and they work nicely. When I look with firebug, looks like there is something wrong with the jquery path. Just so you know, this template does not contain any scripts that could conflict with anything. This module being a jquery module can conflict with your joomla installation. Does the module work if you switch to another template?" I have tested with other default templates, such as the "beez template" and still no luck. I have disable any third-party plug-ins/ modules and extensions, to no effect. Any suggestions? Hi Sweetrobot I do not see a Joomla site, nor any of our templates or modules. |

Sorry, I had moved the testing site to this location: Welcome to the Frontpage The module is almost completely functional, although I cannot understand why the navigation sliders appear, even though I have scaled down the module width to that of the template (825px). I have checked the template css to ensure it's not the issue, though I may have overlooked something. Also, the slider's navigation buttons are partially cropped at the bottom.. Thanks. |

| Ok- shoudl be able to see what I'm referring to here The template css is messing with the slider content a bit, resulting in nav bar sliders, which crop out the images, and seems unaffected by setting the dimensions of the slider module as well. I can gladly provide access to any backend portions if needed in order to resolve this! Thanks. |
