Since I am unable to recreate your problem it is tough. It is also tough since you are the only person experiencing this out of the thousands of people that have downloaded it.

The one thing that sticks out in your reply is you said you moved your site to localhost and still had the problem. Now that you know that you still have the problem and it most likely not your sever, it might be a joomla setting or a misconfiguration or a conflict. You should do a Joomla install with the slider only and see if it performs as expected.

We highly recommend using Firefox for development, along with the awesome WebDev Toolbar & Firebug Extensions.

Sure I happen to have a demo site newly installed. The only thing on it at the moment is the newest version of Kunena and literally nothing else. I can install the Slider on it and see what happens (and also uninstall kunena if it doesnt work) too see what happens.

The only problem is the super slider guide returns a 404 error and I cant remember what the steps are to install it. Can you please fix the site so I can test this?

There is no guide Nryan. It's just your everyday module install.

Yeah, The download area has a link for it but it fails. Long story short, it's something Chris is working on but has not fixed as of yet.

OK, so I installed this onto my demo site, and it just plain worked first try. I dont knwo what the deal is with my main site.

I looked at the non default installations i have - and its not much:

one component:
RSForm! (when you click contact us it lets you fill out a form and email me directly)

and a couple of mods:
mod_random_image (puts a random image onto my sidebar)
mod_placehere (lets me put content articles in module positions)
mod_analytics (google analytics module)
Super slider.

Everything else is the same / default.
