Answered: Problems with using MorfeoShow

When using MorfeoShow, classic gallery, fancybox 2, the expanded images underlap the navigation menu bar. I'm not using the slider on this page.

How can I make it lower on the page so it doesn't (underlap) meaning show as under the menu bar. At lease it needs to show on top of the bar but that's second best.

Are there settings in Morfeo that are the better to fit with Mocha?

I attached an image to make it easier to understand. underlap.png

Thank you so much for helping.

Also it was difficult to get into the forum. I have paid for 3 mo.:confused::confused:

Hi storeykl
I really need a live site to be able to play with it in Firebug. It most likely just needs some tweaking of the z-index.

Problem with Morfeo show

Hi Mark,

I now have my site up on the web. I'm using a Mac

kristinastorey.com

Under the section of Paintings I'm using MorefoShow for my slide show. I'm using the classic settings with Fancybox 2. images at the top expand larger showing as underneath the template menu bar. I would like them on top of the bar so they can be fully viewed.

This is the first site I have ever done so please give me step by step directions.

Thank you
kris

I seem to have a fix for you.

add the following code to any active sylesheet

Code:
#jjNavigation {
z-index:90!mportant;
}

Hi Waseem,

I have pasted the code in place but still have the same problem. The slideshow images enlarge underneath the menu bar in mocha. Can you give more details or look it over again.

OK lets try it differently.
i tested this on my local and it worked perfectly
open up print.css
does it look like this ?
Code:
/*----------------------------------------------------------------------------
++ EXTERNaL SOURCE: menu.css
++ Print Style Sheet
------------------------------------------------------------------------------*/
html    {
        color: #666;
        background-image: none;
        background-color: #FFF;
}
body, body.contentpane, table.contentpaneopen    {
        color: #666;
        background-image: none;
        background-color: #FFF;
}

#jjNavigation {
z-index:90!important;
}
if anything is missing please add it :)

You are going to get sick of me, but it still doesn't work.

Ok found out why.

go to your template_css.css and search for this line of code

Code:

#jjNavigation {
position:relative;
z-index:99;
}
[/code]
change the 99 to 90
