Auto Slide is not a feature of the SuperSlider as of yet. The slideshow you see on the frontpage of our site is Frontpage Slideshow from JoomlaWorks.

You ask, why not use your own slider on your site? That is because our new slider is Joomla 1.5 only, and our site is currently 1.0.

Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Joomla Junkie,

Just joined for the Mocha template and was under the impression that the Super Slide module was auto rotate, any idea when we can see this happening?

Thanks and the templates are sweet!

I must say that's one of the core elements I'm looking for in a slideshow. And it's a bit un ethical to put another slideshow with more features on your frontpage. That's the only reason I joined.

Hi Chez.

That's a interesting comment on multiple levels. Let's break it down.

I must say that's one of the core elements I'm looking for in a slideshow.
I agree. It's not a slideshow module though, so I am not sure this is a good comparison. It is name SuperSlider after all, not SuperSlideshow.

it's a bit un ethical to put another slideshow with more features on your frontpage
As I pointed out 2 posts up, our main site is Joomla 1.0 and this component is Joomla 1.5 only. We have been using and reccomending FPSS and Fotis for well over 2 years now and still recommend it to users. Nevertheless both modules are free, and it's up to you what fits your needs.

That's the only reason I joined
I am sorry you got confused. You can download the module without signing up as it is free to the public. Nevertheless you joined as a free user and did not pay for anything so no harm no foul IMHO.
