| Answered: Can figure out how to get slider to work
Hi there, I am usually good with following instructions, but I am lost here. Please take a look at the link above and let me know what might I be doing wrong. I don't have anymore things to try. Website is served in my home ubuntu server and I've followed everything in the tutorials but I can't get the slider to work correctly. I just have all pictures show up as shown in the link. I set the module to show up on top and show up on every menu item. |

Okay. I don't recall doing anything different, but I was able to start from beginning and setup mocha to work correctly. Then I tried it on a new aurora test site and it worked as well. http://davidnjina.homelinux.com:8010/mocha/ http://davidnjina.homelinux.com:8010/aurora/ It must have been how I installed the module. Do you suggest I reinstall the module? Thanks for your help. I have another question on aurora template and flickr module. I'll ask in the other forum. |

Under the advanced module parameters turn off jQuery and see if that fixes it.

You haven't really said what you did try so I will throw some things out there. Have you tried to switch to another template and see if its the template conflicting or the module is setup wrong? That module suffix might be something too. Try -nopadding, or better yet, remove it for now. |

No idea david. Sometimes it's easy to get lost in all the options of Joomla as well as the slider. We have all pressed something and broke something else inadvertently.....(ok, well I know I do) I'm jsut happy you made some progress. |
