Answered: Super Slider Configuration

Ok, I got the super slider installed and it's working with both the Mocha and Absolute Flush templates but it puts the same images on every page of the website. What if I want a super slider with images of a product on one page and images of a different product on another page?

Hi there,
go to extension -> module manager -> search for your super slider module.
click into it.
on the bottom left - you can chose the pages you want the module to display on.
simply select the page you want for products, and make sure all the images here are for products.
click save

now make sure you are in
extensions -> module manager -> search for your super slier module again
but don't click it
to the far left of the module (the first column) you will see a check-box
click the check-box
now on the top-right you will see "copy"
click "copy"
you have now made a "copy of..." of you module.

make sure you are in extensions->module manager
search for the copy of your super slider module
and click it.
now say you want this for services, set it to display only pictures for services
and at the bottom left again - assign it to the page for services ?

let me know if you get stuck.
thanks.

Excellent! Thank you Waseem, that is exactly what I was looking for!

One more question: Is there a way to center the Super Slider image on the page? For example, in Mocha if I assign the position of the Super Slider to User5 and the size of my JPGs isn't large enough to fill the width of the page, it positions the Super Slider to the left. How do I center it?

Yes, they are all smaller than the full width of the page. I wasn't planning on putting anything in the left column (just a menu at the top) so I'd have to make the photos huge in order to fill the entire width.

Hi Waseem - after playing around with the layout some more, I've decided to put in a left menu after all so there is no need to center the slider.

Thank you for your continued help!
