I installed the SuperSlider module in my site americastreasures.tv but got the following fatal error:

Fatal error: Class \'modSuperSliderHelper\' not found in /home/kentucky/public_html/americas/modules/mod_jj_superslider/mod_jj_superslider.php on line 66

I am using Joomla 1.5.7, but my template is not a JoomlaJunkie template. Should that make a difference?

Hi Pat,

When did you download the module? There was an update posted yesterday.
Log into the Admin section and uninstall it for now. I will look at the module and get back to you.

I downloaded it last night so perhaps it was the new update. I\'ll wait to hear back from you on this.

Hi Pat,

I saw the error that you mentioned and managed to fix it. Ive updated the superslider module download - Please download it the newer version and try it out on your site, do report back here if you encounter any problems.

I reinstalled the updated version, but it still isn\'t working correctly. Please look at the site at www.americastreasures.tv and you will see what I mean. I can send you an image of the settings if that would help, but I don\'t see a way to do it inside this forum.

Your site is calling jQuery libraries two separate times. This could easily create a conflict and break the functionality.

In the module settings under advanced there is a setting that says \"do not call load jQuery\" set this to no and see if that helps.

If that doesn\'t work, re-enable it, and try a default template and check again. I bet it will work fine then.

I also noticed that you do have a few other js-libs loading (jquery + mootools + another slideshow + some js menu scripts) and so ive patched the module yet again to run under no-conflict mode so it plays nicely with everything else. You should be able to download the module from the downloads section and give it another try :)

Also, Matt is right about having 2 versions of jQuery loading at the same time. The superslider module allows you to disable jquery if it is being loaded by another plugin so you may also want to do that to improve the performace of the site.

I tried what you suggested, Matt, and right now I\'ve got it loaded in a default template with \"load JQuery\" set to on. It still does not work correctly. I\'m going to reload the newer version that Moz has put online and see if that works.
