Unanswered: Address does not show

What is your live site URL? (localhost if none): localhost
What browser does this happen in: Firefox 3.x, IE 7
What version of Joomla: Joomla 1.5
What OS? (your computer, not your server): Window
Joomla experience level: 6

Hi there,

I've installed the module and added contact info in joomla contacts. Only instead of getting the address, all I see on the site is:

address; ?>
suburb; ?>
state; ?>
postcode; ?>
country; ?>

the rest works fine,

anybody knows why?

That's odd. Works fine on a few of my local installs. Are you using any additional language packs or something possibly?

Nope, just regular install with custom template. No additional components or modules.

I know why... The address php start tag is the short hand tag "<?" and switching this to "<?php" fixed it for me.
file location: mod_simplecontact/tmpl/default.php
line: 49 - 53
