Answered: Simple Contact Data

I installed the Simple Contact Module just fine but there is no contact information in the box... then when I hit the email button after filling in a message... it sends but to where? How do I get information into the contact form Module? I did not see parameters in the Module Control Panel

Hi there,
The new simple contacts module pulls its' information straight from the joomla database.
as soon as you log into to your joomla administrator end
go to components
contacts.
create a contact category if one does not exist
and create a contact :)
in the simple contacts module you can specify which contact you want to retrieve etc

This maybe really spelling it out but you need to check that the Contact ID is set to the same number as that of the contact
