| Answered: Upgrade from a lesser membership
Hello, Are you able to upgrade from a lesser to greater membership? Would you only have to pay the difference to enhance your membership or pay the full amount? |

Hi Drjjw. It depends on how far in you are on your current membership. It really is not a problem, it is just not possible to do yourself. Please send us a support ticket via the contact center and we can work it out for you. Let us know what membership you wish to upgrade to as well. |

Hi Jordan, When you have decided that you want to upgrade, just send us a support ticket saying you're interested in the Platinum membership (if I understand you correctly?) and we'll calculate the price based on how much is left on your current membership. Also, please let us know your Paypal email address (if any) when you send the ticket and we'll send you an invoice for the correct amount and upgrade your membership when paid. :) Cheer, Tess |
