SMD you could have logged in using your 2CO id, both of those usernames were setup for you. I deleted them and promoted this username for ya.

I am not sure specifically what you cannot login to WillHaigh.
I checked member.joomlajunkie.com (for downloads) and your account looks good there.
I have upgraded your account here on the fourms to be able to see the support threads.
