Hi!
I can´t log on to the configurator for Morph in Joomla. I´ve already tried to reset my password but it doesn´t work. My username is jeeves. My copper subscription is bought 06/09/2010 and should be valid. Please help. /Erik

It seems you haven't been able to login to this forum either? I've re-sent your login details, so please check your email and double-check the login details.

If you still can't log in, in Configurator or here on the forum, please let us know. Also, please try in different browsers to see if we can narrow down the problem, since your membership is active so you should definitely be able to login.

I still haven´t gotten an E-mail... Please check that the email adress you were sending to is the same adress to which i got the reciept when i made the purchase.

The email addresses match, so that's not the problem. To see if we can get any closer to a solution, I've sent you a message from my own email. Please confirm that you've received my email and let us know if the login details work.

I would like to test a little more the morph framework on the demo site, but i'm asked to log in.
I tried to create a free account but no luck with this also.

Hi Alex,

The Morph/Configurator demo site is only intended for demo purposes, so it has its own login:



When you get to the next screen, where you're asked to log in to Configurator, you use the same details.

That said, I see that the Configurator login doesn't work as expected at the moment... I've notified our developers so they will look into it when they're back in the office on Monday. Thanks for notifying us about this. :)

Hi Alex,

I've now set up a free account for you and emailed you the details. :)

I've spoken to the developers about the demo, but it's unfortunately a bit broken at the moment and they are instead focusing on getting the more advanced demo system up with allows for individual testing (so nobody else would be changing the settings while you're testing). I'll gather some more info on that and will publish a blog post about it when we're closer to launch.
