That is normal, as you do not have a membership, you bought the template as a single purchase when we used to do that. Can you please submit a support ticket and I can send it to your email personally.

Yup, you just need to sign in with your old username. Our forum is no longer public, it's private to members only. Since you are a previous client I have upgraded your acount to be able to get template support. I sent you a new user email.
You might have to reset your password, but aside from that you are good to go. Let me know if you have issues.

Your transaction failed to be approved by 2CO. You can look at the details here.

On that page you can contact 2CO and they can let you know the issue with the transaction. As soon as that gets resolved we can open your access back up and get you rolling. :)
