Section8you are correct the club.joomlajunkie.com area is totally independent of this forum. In order to change your password on this forum you need to go here and then pop in your email addy. Did you try that yet? Lots of people try to change their password at the club for the forum and vice versa, that is why I was asking.

(we are aware this is cumbersome, but it is only temporary)

Hi Ed.

According to our records you purchased a club membership in Sept and it expired on December 11th. You no longer have acess to dwonload our club templates unless you sign back up. You will have access to the support forum for approximately 3 more months.
The username you used is geobnsn. You can get your password sent to you here. If you continue to have issues let me knwo and I can manually send you a temp pass.

Hi,

I just signed up for the club. Had no problems getting the templates but cant see commercial template support with this account. I was already a normal forum member using this username, but a differance email address and password.

My 2CO ID was : 4020750075

Thx.

Hi Matt,

same problem to me
1. Club member since end of Dec 2008: 2Checkout.com Order Number 4018339779
2. Not able to see commercial forums with this account; downloads went well.
3. registered in forums (free) as segelwindhose
4. login with 2co number and the corresponding name does not work !

Please upgrade me or delete the segelwind account (which I would prefer) !!

Best regards -- Waldemar.

Thanks.

By the way, under club downloads, aurora template guide seem to results in error (which is why I wanted to log in in the first place). It gives me an internet explorer error (IE can not open the html. Operation aborted) right after it loads a picture aurora template in the middle.

I am using IE 7.0.5730.13 with windows xp SP3.

David
David, You simply needed to sign up to the forum. I signed up up and registered you. You should have received your username and password via email. If not your username is davidnjina. You can reset your password here if for some strange reason you do not get the email.

Hi Matthew,
I upgraded your netbuddy account, you should see the commercial forums now.

Hi Waldemar

Your last statement is a bit confusing, so I simply upgraded your segelwindhose account to be able to see commercial templates.

Of course thank you to everybody for your patience.
