Noob, Please help!

I followed the instructions (tried to) and for the life of me cannot install Zappa. Am I missing something? I downloaded both the source and the other and cannot find the elusive "Template folder".
I have " CSS, images, JS, and some loose files. Sorry if I missed the obvious, but if I was skilled at Joomla I wouldnt be buying templates. Thank you for your help.

I am not sure what installer file you are looking for. Tempaltes are installed via the Joomla backend via the installer.

Go to your Joomla backend and go to extensions/install. Then browse to the location of the template zip and press upload. That's it.

Ah. The problem was my mac automatically unzipped the files every time I downloaded the template and I could only select one file from the installer. I tried today from my work pc and no problem I browsed to the ZIP and wolah.
Thanks.
P..S. I downloaded and deleted the same template and one other trying to get it figured out. Does the license only count when I install the template or when I download it? If it is by the download... I'm f!@#ked and need help. Thanks

you would have set the password for this during your joomla instalation
9. Go To Extensions > Installer
10. Click brows
11. Browse to the ZIP package of the template to upload
12. click install
13 once the template is installed go to extensions > Template Manger

Does the license only count when I install the template or when I download it?
The license is for a public site.
example: I have used Mocha on such and such site.

This equals one license being used.

What do I do?

Hi ggwatt,

Before we dig deeper to figure out what's going on, please let me know if you've followed these installation instructions: Mocha Setup Guide

The classic Mocha template is discontinued, so I am assuming you are referring to the new Mocha themelet (which is powered by the Morph framework for Joomla)? :)

Cheers,
Tess

Thanks Tess. I think I am making some progress. I have gone back to the setup guide and have a first page of a site - but none of the links or extensions, or other "pages". The mocha themelet is showing - but in the tools menu for Joomla! it shows as "Morph". I really like the look of it and hope I can get it to work. It isn't picking up what I want.

Thanks very much.
