- complete cross browser fixes for all major browser
- iphone css updated to new iphone changes and fully styled
- re wrote horizontal menu css so the main menu system works in both user3 and top positions
- moved all css3 styles to sepcific browser css
- refined inner inputs to work better with differing widths

- Removed bg color from module head and body so it works with modfx when inner wrap is set to heading and content
- Fixed font sizer css
- Finished styling for all menu options when using user3 position
- Reworked the demo setup file to work with new sidebar position names and some other small fixes
