Extension Summary:

This is a simple module that outputs the current page title as the primary page title (H1), allowing you to position anywhere on the page.

The module also has the option to enable a "call to action" link. To use, simply install the module and publish to the position where you want the heading outputted, then disable the page title in the menu items parameters for that page.
