I've just updated the downloads with new versions of Morph & Configurator (no changes to Vanilla in this round).

Chris et. al.,
The new install process looks - and worked - great. Very polished. I liked that it asked if I wanted to start from scratch or preserve earlier settings. The wording of the options was easy to follow even for the hobbyist such as me.

Hi Jason,
Thanks!! I'm personally not 100% yet, but it will have to do for 1.0 :P We've done a ton of cross browser fixes and apart from a few bugs here and there, Configurator now looks good in Safari, Opera, Chrome and Firefox (latest versions of course ;)).
