Hi guys,
Chris just updated the downloads with new versions of Morph & the Light Base themelet. These updates contain lots of bug fixes and refinements, so its highly recommended that you upgrade.

Please remember to backup your custom css/js/php files before upgrading.

I'm sure I'm overlooking it as I have been searching the forum and other help screens but how should I upgrade to the latest version of Morph?

HI JHill. Just uninstall the component, download the new version and reinstall it.
