Joomla.org is converting over to 1.5, are you?

Joomla.org is a huge site with thousands of users and multiple Joomla installs. It appears to be one install, but upon closer inspection of the code you will see that different sections are sometimes more then they appear. The main page which we all know and love is a current build of Joomla, but you might notice the forum is not really Joomla at all. It is HTML added to the header and footer of phpBB. Joomla shop? Yup, it's 1.5. Joomla developers, yessir, 1.5. The documentation? MediaWiki.
We here at JoomlaJunkie have always felt that Joomla 1.0.x series is super stable, agile, and secure platform due to all the intensive work that has already gone into it over the years. We enjoy developing with it and feel our templates showcase our love for Joomla. However we do see the potential and features in the newest version of Joomla with version 1.5.x. We have been discussing extensively how we will transition over and how to provide our clients with the best possible experience. Much like Joomla.org some of our systems will slowly transform over. You might see a change here and there, and in some cases everything will be transparent. We plan on harnessing the power of the new Joomla versions in our templates, as well as our Web site.
The only question now, is when you do you plan on converting over? Tell us what your plans are either here in the comments, or over on our forum.
