Can I modify the source code?

Having paid for a template, you are authorized to make any necessary changes or modifications required to achieve your desired intention. All copyright notices in the footer or other modules may be removed or edited as required by yourself.

Can I remove the credits in the templates?

Having paid for a template, you are authorized to make any necessary structural changes or modifications required to achieve your desired intention. If you would like to remove copyright notices in the footer or other modules there is a $10 charge during checkout. Club members do not need to pay to remove credits.

Can I share my username and password with others?

No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.

Can I use your free templates for commercial use?

Our free templates are created for you to use on any project whether it be commercial or personal. You may customize it as much as you like and you may also remove the link in the footer, however we do ask that you keep the link to show appreciation for the work by linking back if this is possible.

How many websites can I use a template on if I buy one?

When you purchase an individual template that is not part of a subscription, that template comes with a single domain license. This means you can use it on one website domain. If you plan on using a template on more than one website, then we urge you to think about signing up for one of our subscriptions that give you access to all of the templates for a number of domains, depending on the package you choose. The subscription will also allow you to change the look of your site regularly by changing the template, thats if you are someone who likes doing something like that

What do you consider unauthorized use?

You may not, duplicate, modify or edit our products in any way, this includes the reproduction on CD or diskette or website as a method of reproduction or resale of any kind. If you are interested in reproducing or modifying our templates, please contact us for written consent. You may not redistribute or release any of our products under a General Public Licsence (GPL). All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way. All of our templates are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Whats the difference between buying a single template or buying a subscription?

Our aim in offering both single purchase and subscription options was to cater for all types of customers. We realized that some customers only want to buy a single template for a single website and they have no desire to change it any time in the near future. On the other hand we also have customers who are avid Joomla developers, who typically produce anything from 1, 5, to 20 Joomla based websites a year for their customers. This gives you the chance to decide which option best suits your project/s and business/s.

When my subscription expires, do I have to renew to continue using the templates?

You DO NOT have to renew your subscription in order to continue using the templates on the site you have installed. However, you will NOT have access to any future templates and your account will be marked as out of subscription meaning you will NOT be able to download any templates or access the Member Forums .
